Joe Colaizzi has served as the Executive Director at the Kansas City Rescue Mission since 1985.  Originally from Pittsburgh, PA and ordained by the Church of the Nazarene, he has served in full-time ministry to the homeless for most of his life.  Contact Joe at jcolaizzi@kcrm.org.

Julie Larocco is currently serving as the Development Officer at the Kansas City Rescue Mission.  She has been working with the homeless all of her life and comes from a rich family tradition of helping the poor.  Contact Julie at jlarocco@kcrm.org.

Gil Thibault has served at the Kansas City Rescue Mission since 2003 in varying capacities including Donor Relations Manager, Chaplain, and Shelter Support Staff.  He came to Kansas City to further his education and follow God’s call on his life.
